They far exceeded the others in their detailed analysis and explanation of work to be done. The estimate was e-mailed to me immediately after we had a personal visit with David. He was very thorough in explaining our options, and showing us tile choices etc. The scheduled was posted on a pool remodel portal that we could access easily to see if any estimated phase dates had changed. All of the workers were very detail-oriented and took extra care to clean up after they were finished for the day. Sherri was able to handle any paperwork needed by e-mail and she always called when each installment was due to ensure that the work had been done to our satisfaction before processing the payment. The man who cleaned the filter on the last day of plaster care took time to explain everything he was doing and what I needed to do to maintain the beautiful clear water! I would highly recommend Integrity Pools to anyone looking for great work on their pool. read less

We ended up going with their most expensive... read moreMy wife and I are very pleased with our entire experience of getting our pool resurfaced. From the initial appointment to the final meeting we have nothing but great things to share. We ended up going with their most expensive plaster but never felt pressured to get the more expensive option.

For instance, we had just a few missing tiles and while it would’ve looked better to get them all replaced, we opted to just have the missing tiles replaced with something similar. I understand that this doesn’t yield an amazing looking pool that can put into one of their slide shows but we never felt like they were disappointed we weren’t spending more money. It was a significant difference that wasn’t very important to us. It really seemed like Integrity Pools wanted to give us the pool we were wanting even if that meant a less beautiful pool at the end.

The quality of the resurface is phenomenal. I was fortunate to be home from work the day they were finishing the surface and everyone working was clearly very skilled. The gentlemen shaping the stairs spent lots of times making sure that every edge was perfectly rounded into the next.

We got quotes from a few different companies and we believed integrity was the best value and they did not disappoint. We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. read less

I just had to take a few minutes to write a review. My pool was really awful because of all of the stuff falling out of the trees and all of the rain. I looked at it the other morning and it was a disaster; I thought, I don’t know how Caleb is ever going to get this clean. Caleb came out while I was working and I wasn’t there to see him but he must have worked SO hard to get that pool to where it was when I got home that night. The pool was bright blue, completely spotless and absolutely pristine!! Caleb, thank you so much for all of your hard work! The pool looks perfect!! It was over 35 years old and just needed some tender loving care. We contacted Integrity Pools and David came out to go over our options with us. He gave me an estimate to redo the plaster and the tile and I was surprised at the reasonable price. So we made plans to get the pool redone. I thought about it some more and decided to go ahead and get the kool deck redone at the same time so that it would look beautiful. Everything turned out great! The crews that came out to do the work were very respectful of our property and did an excellent job on their tasks. You could tell that they took pride in their work! And they always cleaned up after themselves every day. It was impressive! One other thing to note is that my experience with the office staff was equally impressive. I spoke with Aaron a couple of time and also Russell and they were quick to answer my questions and assist me in whatever way they could. I highly recommend Integrity Pools for any work that you may want done on your pool. We are planning to also use their monthly cleaning service, that is how impressed we were with this company! read less
